The organization helps make impactful giving easier for all by evaluating the Financial Health & Accountability & Transparency of thousands of charities. It is a tool to help donors understand how charities operate and where their donations were going. Scores were released this month, and we are excited to announce we received an overall rating of  99%.

GuideStar is a philanthropic research database whose mission is to revolutionize philanthropy by providing information that advances transparency, enables users to make better decisions, and encourages charitable giving. FCPof SC has a Gold Seal, which denotes a higher level of transparency, including comprehensive details about finances, Board of Directors, staff, and overall demographics. A Gold Seal status is the leading symbol of non-profit transparency and accountability.

Florence Crittenton Programs of SC has achieved accreditation through the Council on Accreditation (COA). COA accreditation means that our organization’s program, services, administration, and management have been rigorously evaluated and meet best practice standards. The standards driving accreditation ensure that services are well-coordinated, culturally competent, evidence-based, outcomes-oriented, and provided by a skilled and supported workforce.  COA accreditation is an objective, independent, and reliable validation of an agency’s performance.
